The Development Team for the Online Chaperone
Key members of the technical development team include:
Naveen Agnihotri - CTO. PhD in Neuroscience from Columbia
University, post-doctorate work in computational neuroscience at MIT.
Researched, developed and perfected Sobayli's innovative neural network algorithms that power the Online Chaperone real-time chat/IM family safety system. He conceived this application system in collaboration with Walter Borden. Dr. Agnihotri is a co-founder of the Sobayli and leads its design and engineering team in their pursuit of easily implementable, scalable and powerful artificial intelligences.
Walter Borden - CEO. Walter Borden is a software designer and entrepreneur. He co-founded Sobayli, which created the Online Chaperone and its suite of Artificial Intelligence applications and toolkits. Mr. Borden earned a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and a minor in Biology from Brown University through its cross-matriculation program with RISD where he produced a thesis on the the visualization of biological systems.
Sam Cox - COO.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Sam makes sure that the company
is on track both operationally and financially. Sam worked at
The Loughlan Group for the past two and a half years providing
strategic consulting for, and investing in technology and media
ventures. He has 9 years of experience advising start-up and
growing businesses in the media and technology. He founded a
successful design & software firm during his undergraduate degree,
and has consulted for firms in the UK, China, United States and
Canada. He graduated with his MBA from Cass Business School in
London, UK with a degree in strategy and completed his
undergraduate degree in Art History at Queen's University in
Canada. He is an avid sportsman and competes both nationally
and internationally in both competitive sailing and triathlon.
Artem Starovoitov - Consulting engineer. PhD in Physics
from University of Leicester, research in neural networks at MIT.
Expertise in text analysis, applied mathematics, signal processing and
analysis, opto-electronic design and implementation, and modeling.
Richard Turner - Consulting Architect. DSc in Engineering
Management. Recognized expert on advanced software engineering processes.
30 years of experience in software development and acquisition in both
public and private sectors.
Kenneth Neu - Technical Advisor. MS in Electrical
Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. 33 years with the
FBI. Oversaw the Crimes Against Children unit, which included the
Innocent Images National Initiative.
